If you were one of the lucky few to have received an email from Amazon that your pre-order of Thoughtful was cancelled, I have news for you!

First off, I know what went wrong. Amazon had the US edition up for pre-order in the UK, and the UK edition up for pre-order in the US. That created a conflict of territory rights, since my US publisher, Forever. is only allowed to sell in the US, and my UK publisher, Sphere, is only allowed to sell in the UK. So…when Amazon’s system fixed this problem, it automatically cancelled the conflicting orders (the US copies pre-ordered in the UK, or the UK copies pre-ordered in the US).

If this happened to you, here is where you need to go to pre-order the correct copy for your territory:
